How to play Craps – Part 3

Welcome to the third part of the casino’s Vegas Craps tutorial. If you wish to begin playing Craps on your computer, you can do so by downloading to casino’s software free of charge.

We have already covered the Pass Line, Don’t Pass Line, Taking The Odds, Come and Don’t Come Bets. There is however a few more that you need to learn if you wish to become a complete online Craps participant.

Field Bets

Field Bets are possibly the simplest bets that you can place at the Craps Table. These bets are also self-explanatory. The waging area of the Field bet is found under the Come Bet area. You will see the numbers 2,3,4,9,10,11 and 12 appear on the table’s felt. This bet will pay 1-to-1 odds to the winner, 2-to-1 if the roll is a 2, and 3-to-1 if the roll is a 12. Filed bets are singular bets that can be placed at any given time and have nothing to do with sequential bets such as Pass Line and Don’t Pass Line Bets. With Field Bets you will be essentially wagering on all dice outcomes excluding 5, 6, 7 or 8, the most likely of numbers to come out from any two dice combinations. Remember, Field Bets do not require the establishment of Points, and this means that you can place wagers any time you wish.

Hardway Bets

Hardway bets are placed smack-bang in the middle of the Craps table. These wagers involve double dice outcomes including twos, threes, fours and fives – notice that these bets involve ‘hard’ dice outcomes as in the Craps Jargon guide above. Since Snake Eyes and Boxcars are not regarded as ‘hard’ numbers, they are not integrated in this type of Craps wagering. We will cover both Snake Eyes and Boxcar bets later in this article.

The losers in Harway bets are soft outcomes of the original bets. Let us suppose that you have made a bet on the hard four but three and one comes up on the dice. This outcome, together with any 7 (seven out) will be an unfavorable outcome to the Hardway wager. If you do however attain a hard dice outcome, the following odds will be in your favor:

What is Premiere Roulette?

* Street Bets & Double Street Bets
Street bets are three number bets. Since the roulette table’s number layout grid is made up of 3 columns and 12 rows (3 x 12 = 36 numbers, excluding the 0), placing street bets is done by wagering on the bottommost line bordering the outside bets of 1st 12, 2nd 12 and 3rd 12. Hover over the line separating the inside bets from the outside bets and you will see the above 3 numbers simultaneously light-up; all you have to do then is place your bet by clicking on the line. Street Bets, except those involving the 0, are sequential bets, which means that they will embrace natural sequence numbers such as 1-2-3, 4-5-6, 7-8-9, and so on. Street Bets pay 11-to-1.

Double street bets are made very similarly to street bets; however, this time you will be looking to highlight and engage two neighboring rows totaling in 6 numbers instead of just one. These bets pay 5-to-1.

* Quad Bets
Quad bets, meaning ‘bets of 4′, are possible when you place a wager that makes contact with the corners of 4 numbers. An example of such bets is a 19, 20, 22 and 23 quad wager.
